Origin Information:
The Fernandez family operates individual farms in the Colasay region, where they cultivate coffee with a distinct sweetness and greater cherry ripeness compared to many other producers in the area.
While the Peruvian coffees we released this season have generally been bright and delicate in character, this coffee offers a richer and more full-bodied impression.
With notes reminiscent of apricot, chocolate, and macadamia nuts, this coffee delivers a consistently balanced, sweet, and mellow cup. When prepared as espresso and paired with milk, its sweetness becomes even more pronounced.
The finish also carries a rich, red wine-like character 🍷
It has been quite some time since we last offered a Peruvian coffee as an espresso option. We hope you enjoy it ☕️
