We are excited to offer a Pacas variety coffee from Benjamin Paz, one of the most renowned coffee producers in Santa Barbara, Honduras.

Similar to the SL28 lot released alongside this coffee, Benjamin’s coffees are known for their remarkable clarity and distinctly defined flavor characteristics.

This Pacas variety showcases vibrant nectarine and orange-like fruit notes, followed by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of marzipan made from almonds and sugar.

The cup has a bright and elegant profile, with flavors that gradually and pleasantly spread across the palate.
