A new coffee has arrived from Merci Fernandez, one of the members of the Fernandez family.

She is also the younger sister of Yonal Fernandez, whose coffee we featured previously.

Her coffee is vibrant and expressive.

A subtle fermented character seems to enhance the profile beautifully, bringing out rich fruit notes reminiscent of strawberry and tropical fruits.

The aroma carries a unique combination of sweet fruit punch-like nuances and floral tones, creating a truly distinctive character.

Because the flavor profile is so vivid and well-defined, this coffee also works wonderfully as iced coffee.
